Lead Member – Imran Khan

 

 

 

Imran is an experienced project manager for a local authority.  He has a Master of Science in Strategic Project Management and is PRINCE 2 qualified

He has been involved in the successful completion of multiple school expansion and redevelopment projects across the District and comes with experience of being a Principal Local Government Officer with 16 years public and voluntary service experience 6 of these years he has been involved in  school governance, with 4 years as Chair of Governors

Member – Qia Mahfooz

 

 

 

 

 

Qia has worked for the last 25 years as a Civil Servant for the Department of Work and Pensions as a Change Manager delivering a number of legislative/ministerial changes across the Departments organisation.  She is heavily involved in Performance Management at senior levels and takes seriously the role of delivering value for money using public purse.

Qia has also been a skilled school Governor and vice chair of a large primary school.

Here she has monitored School Improvement  and played an active role in a number of other key areas including lead role in subject areas, recruitment of staff and Headteacher performance management.

Member – Linda Nudd NPQH, FISBL

 

 

Linda Nudd

Recently retired Senior Assistant Headteacher, Linda has extensive education experience gained from Senior Leadership roles over many years.


Linda is passionate about the holistic education of children and their safeguarding and mental health. Linda has a deep understanding of school finance and has been a member of Bradford Schools Forum and the Formula Funding Working Group. Her experience as a highly effective senior leader has equipped her well to effectively fulfil the role of member

Member – Greg Rogers 

 

Description: Greg Rogers

Greg Rogers has been a school governor at a Bradford Primary School for almost 2 years and in April this year he took the role of Head of Governance and Compliance at Feversham Education Trust, a small trust with 2 secondaries and one primary.  The trust also oversees a nursery school and opened a new free school (Bronte Girls Academy) this September.  Greg has gained significant experience of governance and compliance through his previous roles with West Yorkshire Police and Yorkshire Housing.

Member – Asa Gordon

 

Description: Asa Gordon

Asa has worked in the further education and private training provider sectors for the last 16 years, rising to the role of Assistant Principal for Further Education at his current College.  During this time Asa has had a key focus on supporting people into employment and has managed programmes including Apprenticeships, ESF Employability, Probation Service, 16-19 Study Programmes on a regional and national basis.  Asa has significant experience in performance management as well as engagement of both internal and external stakeholders and improving staff motivation and morale.


Asa graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a 2.1 in History with Politics in 2001 and has since secured his Diploma in Management Services and PRINCE2 qualifications.
